My son met lots of new friends at this camp
My 10 year old son can’t wait to sign up for this camp again next year. He is an active boy who loves to try new things. He learned how to canoe, hike and shot archery. He also enjoyed played sports with campers who also like physical activity. He still keep in touch with many of his camp friends, and they all plan to sign up for the same week to be reunited again.

Elite Camp - University of Nebraska
This camp is designed to be an intense camp for in-going grades 6th-12th who wish to prepare themselves for high school, college or beyond. Fundamental skill development on offense, defense and conditioning principles for all positions on the floor will be stressed. Both individual and team play development will be improved by attending this camp. Many of the same drills and techniques used by Coach Yori and her staff at Nebraska will be taught. Elite Camp begins in the evening of June 1 at 7:00pm. Registration for overnight campers will begin at 5:45pm and Commuter Campers at 6:30pm. The camp runs all day on June 2-3 and concludes at 4:00pm on June 3. If your camper is also registered for Skills Camp on June 1, there will be a dinner break and the Elite Session will begin at 7:00pm. Bay Bounders (Week 5 PM) - Sound Super Heroes - NESS
Gain animal, plant, and environmental knowledge while having tons of fun in our local outdoor ecosystems around Stonington Harbor. Apply your new knowledge and become a Sound Super Hero as you take part in a student run wildlife fair and decide, formulate, and carry out an activity with your fellow classmates to help benefit the Sound and its wildlife. Use the ancient art of gyotaku to create a fish print on a T-shirt and enjoy the rush of boogie boarding and stand up paddle boarding. Includes: stand up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, fish printing (bring a light colored T-shirt), 1 boat trips, & snorkeling 860-535-9362

This camp is an all-encompassing program specifically designed for the more serious soccer player. The focus here will be to challenge each individual to transfer what they have learned in the morning skill sessions and the afternoon small group tactics into the competitive full-field evening games. You will play on the same fields that the University of Maryland Mens Soccer Team utilizes. Students will learn the fine art of comedic acting in these humorous and fun short scenes. Getting to choose from a variety of short skits, the performers will learn about comic timing and delivery as they rehearse for a final presentation. INSTRUCTOR JOHN WALDRON received his BFA in theatre from Virginia Commonwealth University. As an actor, director, and instructor, he has been working in the region for over 20 years. He has directed shows at Aldersgate and MVCCT. John can be seen in the motion picture Talk To Me starring Don Cheadle and was featured on Investigative Discovery show Who The Bleep!.
