AFTERNOON SESSION ONLY (12:45pm - 3:30pm) Camps are co-ed, 4th - 8th grades (based on the 2016-17 school year). This all day camp is designed for the serious basketball player who wants to make a school or travel team, move up a level on a travel team, or firm up their spot on an existing team. This camp is designed to prepare you for tryouts by giving you the skills and confidence to perform at your highest level. Each day a peak performance discussion topic will be covered to give the campers the insights they need to stay healthy, focused, and confident. Topics will include nutrition, conditioning and stretching, as well as tips on how to deal with the mental side of competitive basketball.
