This camp is designed to help 11 to 14 year old girls develop sound field hockey fundamentals and a love of the game, all while having fun! Players will learn individual skills, starting with how to hold a field hockey stick and progressing to dribbling, shooting, dodges, and individual defense. We will also work on team skills such as passing, team defense, corners and much more. Players will have a chance to develop and improve their field hockey ability through drills and games. This kind of love is only found in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. This will be a weekend of finding this kind of love as our speaker, Kevin Butcher, guides us through this topic. Join us for a weekend of fun community and spiritual growth as we head to Angola, Indiana for this year's Fall Getaway! Check is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14th. We'll have times of Biblical teaching and heartful worship, as well as plenty of time to just hang out and have fun together. And if you need to study, there is time for that too. Come and join us for a summer filled with fun and adventure! Dont let your kids spend the summer sitting around the house with nothing to do. We will be offering new and creative activities for the kids to do this summer. Activities will include but are not limited to games, arts and crafts, science experiments, team building, cooking, sports, and swimming. Each week a different theme will be explored by the campers. Evans Summer Day Camp visits the pool twice a week, the movies once a week, and field trips every Friday. Campers have the chance to sign up for discounted swimming lessons, transportation included! All staff are CPR and First Aid certified and we are a licensed program through the state of Colorado. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fees include activities. Participants must bring a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack from home each day. Field trips are an additional cost.
