Building castles, creating magic fairy dust, crafting a coat of arms, and designing a custom knight/princess costume are just some of the excitement this camp has to offer. Science in the City Camp provides students with a full week to explore a science topic alongside passionate faculty. Science in the City courses will activate campers imaginations as they are encouraged to invent, engage and explore. Using Chicago as a resource, campers will connect science activities with everyday life. See options for specific course offerings each week. LUNCH: Science in the City campers must bring their own peanut-free bag lunches and drinks each day. Refrigerated facilities are not provided. An insulated lunch box with an ice pack is recommended.
