Kid's Summer Sew Camp - Yakima, WA
Our kid's summer sew camp includes three fun-filled days of crafting and project making while learning a valuable skill! Sew camp is ideal for children ages 7 and up who haven’t sewn before or are still beginning, or those who want to learn more. Each day will bring a new project! We will be running two camps for three consecutive days frp, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Camp will include a snack (children with special dietary restrictions or preferences are encouraged to bring their own) and all materials. Past projects include making pajama sets, totes, lunch bags and more! Session 1: June 21st - 23rd Session 2: July 12th - 14th
Tween/teen Yoga Camp - Camp Hill, PA
The focus for this program is to inspire and empower tweens and teens and to establish a deeper sense of self respect and self discipline so they can live a more balanced and fulfilled life. We will empower tweens/teens through journaling, breathing practices, meditation, aerial yoga and mat yoga. We'll have fun and learn to trust others and ourselves through partner yoga poses. Though drop in students are welcome, we encourage participants to enroll in the the entire four week program because each week we will build upon the lessons of the previous week. Camp runs 5-6:15pm on Tuesday, July 19 and 26th, August 9 and 16. Please note there is a break the week of August 2. A minimum of 4 students is required to run the program, so please register early! A refund will be given if the minimum number of participants is not met. There will be a maximum of 8 participants, based on the number of aerial yoga hammocks, so pre-registration is required. Ultimate Girls Basketball Camp (Grades 4 - 9) Special basketball camp focusing on individual and team skills. Hands-on training with collegiate and professional coaching staff. Advanced techniques we will focus on include: dribbling, post work, guard work, foot work, shooting, team play, rebounding, quickness, and teaching the game of basketball from a mental standpoint. CAMP DETAILS Seussical Jr Week Everyone is invited on our Seussical adventure this summer! Let your imagination take you into the wild and wacky world of Dr. Suess and some of his best loved stories such as "Horton Hears A Who" and "One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish". Become a Who, Yertle the Turtle or even that Cat in the Hat while learning hit songs from the Broadway smash. Well play games to increase confidence and self expression as well as make our own props and set pieces. Participants of this camp will be invited to perform during a VIP pre-show before our full scale production of Seussical Jr. on the Main Stage of the Athenaeum Theatre in Lakeview.
