LATEST CAMPS NEWS: 2016 Hamptons Elite Summer Select Travel Team - Downs Family Park - Flying Point
The Hamptons Elite Summer Select Travel Program is a 6 week summer program for the serious travel soccer player, hosted by Southampton Soccer Club. Players will be training on Tuesdays and Thursday from 6pm - 7.30pm at Flying Point in Southampton for 6 weeks and play in two Summer showcase tournaments, dates and locations TBA. The program is open for ALL Players regardless of what club they belong too. This will not interfere with your "home club and double registration is permitted. The program will be directed by Jonathan Watkin and the players will be trained and coached by Mr. Watkin along with other professional soccer coaches from Colonial Sports Group. All Players will receive a travel game kit including socks, shorts and two game jerseys that must be worn to all training and games. Players will be placed on appropriate summer travel team based on ability. Kids 2 Camp Benefit Run is a family friendly run/walk with 10K, 5K, and 1 mile courses through the beautiful Warm Beach Camp and Conference Center grounds. Youth Ski Trip: for our 7th-12th grade students from Friday February 26th to Sunday February 28th we will be at Camp Calumet in West Ossipee, New Hampshire for a wonderful and blessed weekend of skiing and being in fellowship with one another. Make sure to sign up and get your forms located on the Sunday School Bulletin Board. Make sure to come to the meeting on February 7th before church at 8:30am to fill out paperwork, go over the weekend and to make payments. Friends are welcome! Cost is $130.00 per person this year and if you are in need of rentals or lessons, it will be an additional $24.00 each. Please make sure to attend our Brunch Fundraiser on February 7th after church to raise funds for travel and for our chaperones.

Alto Sax: Middle School Band - University of Texas at Austin
The Middle School Band program is designed to accommodate musicians ranging from the most talented and proficient to the less experienced, with a minimum of one year of training on their chosen instrument. It is open to entering grades 7, 8 or 9. The concert bands are conducted by outstanding band directors from around the state. This session provides an excellent opportunity for young musicians to improve their individual performance skills. Instruction includes rehearsals, sectionals, master classes, supervised practice, and optional private lessons. Students who have completed the 8th grade may register for Middle School and/or High School Band Camp 512-232-2080
Minnows Fishing Camp MV 1 - Menomonee Valley
During this session these young anglers will learn about fishing techniques, conservation, and fresh water biology of our local rivers and lakes. Summer Camp @ Victory Park Group C (9-10) - City of Pasadena
Join one of Pasadenas most popular summer camps! Victory Parks Camp has earned its longstanding reputation as a high-quality, fun, affordable, enriching program. Each day begins with a morning pep rally that sets the stage for an action-packed day. Activities include outdoor play, dance, arts and crafts, including painting, sculpting, lanyard making and chalk drawings, fitness activities and enrichment. Enrichment classes include health, hygiene and first aid instruction, cooking classes, computer and robotics play and specialized sports instruction in tennis and golf. Campers spend at least two hours daily doing physical fitness in the form of choreographed dance, group games, fitness competitions, team sports and supervised free play. Campers are escorted across the park to Pasadena High School?s swimming pool for recreational swim two times per week. Camp counselors go into the water with the campers and well-trained, certified lifeguards are always present. Before entering the pool, campers receive a water safety lesson. Optional swimming lessons available for an additional $20/week. Most field trip fees are included in the weekly fee. Fun field trips are often the highlight of the week.
