Arbys No Kid Hungry Campaign - Hope Mills, NC
Arby's is doing it again for the third year but at Arby's location. This year we will be holding different event at the Hope Mills Location to raise money for the No Kid Go Hungry Campaign from August 18 -September 28, 2015. Since 2011, the Arby's Foundation has been a national charity partner of Share Our Strength*s No Kid Hungry* campaign (NKH). As NKH's largest quick service restaurant partner, the Arby's Foundation has raised over $5 million in the past two years to support NKH and other hunger-fighting organizations in the communities that Arby's serves. Activities are plan as follows. Daily Business Spotlight From August 18 -September 28, 2015 Vendors will check in with the manger of the store and set up in designated area Arby's will have a business spotlight section where the vendors can set up there displays. 2015 End of Summer Guys Youth Camp - Gatlinburg, TN
This is the first youth camp hosted by St. Nofer Youth Meeting. We will be going to Gatlinburg, TN. The Cabin reserved is located in Gatlinburg on one of the highest peaks and the views of Mt. Le Conte are just spectacular, downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg ski resort by day and the beautiful city lights by night. We will have 2 Lectures, PEP talks, spiritual discussions, chats among the youth, a lot of entertainments using the cabin features, all that aside from touring around the city. This Camp will be a guys only camp. Dates: September 25th – 27th (LEAVE FRIDAY at 5:00 PM— RETURN SUNDAY at 8:00 PM) The cost is $85/person (3 days, 2 nights) The cost includes: Cabin, Transportation, and Food Note: TBD attraction (additional cost will be added depending on the attraction). Ready, set, soar! The key to excelling in all sports is speed and/or endurance and proper form. With the coachs guidance, you will set personal goals and strive each day to reach them along with participating in fun runs and relays with other campers. Fitness games, group games, and more fun activities will be incorporated in the daily schedule. Grab your Tents and sleeping bags. This fun filled week is all about camping in Colorado. Learning about the different animals we will come across in our beautiful state as well as creating crafts that our essential for the outdoors. A trip to Lookout Mountain will get us even more educated in the camping world around us. We will have a campfire and sing songs. Camp Young Chemist is designed for campers ages 5-7. Activities and experiments explore the fun of chemistry. Concepts such as pH, polymers, and solutions are taught using our The Science Involved section of each activity. Experiments are conducted to introduce the Scientific Method.
