This camp is from 1-4 pm for up to 12 students. A variety of equine topics will be covered and students will have hands on learnining on brushing, saddling, basic knoweledge and care, and riding. This is a great chance for kids to make new friends and fall in love with horses! Cost is $45 per kid Please feed child lunch before arriving. Snacks and water will be provided

5 Day Camp Costs $87.50 3:00pm-5:00pm –Costuming Make & Take Design and make a costume. Will need to supply own fabric. Students can bring own machine and supplies. There will be extra machines and supplies available. Basic sewing skills needed or approval from instructor.
Teen Community Emergency Response Team Camp - Peachtree City, GA
The Peachtree City Police Department will be hosting a Teen Community Emergency Response Team (TEEN CERT) camp beginning June 13th, 2016. The classes will be held Monday through Friday of that week ending on June 17th. The classes will start at 0800 and end at 1230 each day. The camp will be held in the training room at the Police Station. The TEEN CERT Program educates young adults about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. Prospective candidates must be between 13 and 17 years of age at the time of registration and a resident of Georgia. Applicants will be required to complete an enrollment form and applicable waivers. The application and waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. A local check will be conducted to determine the background of the participants as a pre-condition to acceptance into the program. There is no charge to attend this class; however, the class size will be limited. A meeting with the parents/legal guardians of those admitted into the program will be held prior...

Advanced Setters Camp - Rice University Tudor Fieldhouse
This camp is designed for setters that have experience and are looking to take their game to a higher level. Campers will work on the specifics of becoming a more advanced and consistent setter and will run drills designed to set them apart from their fellow competitors. Setters will get a lot of reps to help refine their skills they already have, and learn techniques necessary to set at a high level. Setters will work on jump setting, consistency, deceptive setting, attacking the second ball, and advanced transition drills. Come learn drills designed by Coach Volpe, who has developed All Conference and All American caliber setters. 713-348-4795

Youll love this camp if you love watching energy flow from one thing to another, like in marble runs, water walls and falling dominoes! We will spend this camp session collaborating and building Rube Goldberg machines – contraptions that perform a simple task in the most complicated way possible. In both individual and group settings, campers will get to experiment with everyday objects to create Rube Goldberg machines and complete challenges. The ocean is home to many gnarly wave, current, and wind animal surfers. Learn how pelicans use an A-Frame beach break, investigate sea lion and penguin cutbacks, use the methods of an epic cormorant duck dive, explore how jellyfish try to avoid getting caught inside, and how dolphins hang rostrum down the line. Get a taste of stand up paddle boarding and surfing that includes turtle rolls in order to reach far out levels that will set you on track to make your own rooster tail in the future.
