Saint Frances Cabrini School 2016 Spring Production "Suessical Jr." Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat, our narrator, tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos, including Jojo, a Who child who gets in trouble for thinking too many "thinks." Hortons challenge is twofold - not only must he protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, but he must also guard an abandoned egg thats been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger, kidnapping, and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family, and community are challenged and emerge triumphant! Our experience with Camp Twin Creeks in Marlinton was awesome. When we got there to drop off the kids, we realized that the staff was so diverse in their nationalities that my kids would feel so welcome and fit right in. The staff seemed to be having as good of a time as the kids and my kids walked away with many new friendships. They are already talking about next summer and seeing their friends again. Participants will receive instruction in the basic skills of passing, setting, serving, spiking, blocking, defense, and offense. This camp will help prepare those interested in recreational or middle school or high school volleyball. Enter High School through door #24 and proceed to the gym. In order to register for this activity, you must first click to open the participation waiver and then place your initials in the left box to confirm that you read and agree.
