Lego NXT Mindstorm Robotics - The Chapel School
This exciting class teaches students how to build and program LEGO Mindstroms NXT Robots. Students will use their new skills to meet such challenges as maneuvering an obstacle course, pushing water bottles out of a ring and beating their opponents at the Sumo robots competition. This class will introduce the integration of software and hardware engineering, robotics motion, artificial intelligence and concepts such as loops, if/then statements, and sensor use. 9143373202.0
Basketball Camp Session 4 - Cleo Dumaree
Lil Dribblers - Campers will learn the fundamentals of basketball in a safe and fun environment. No flexible drop off or pick up. Breakfast and lunch NOT provided. You may choose to pay your camp in full or make a $10 non-refundable deposit per week. Your credit card will automatically be charged one week prior to each session. Refund Information In order to receive a refund, a request must be called in to 645-7000 10 business days prior to camp session and followed up with an email or explanatory letter before the refund will be processed. Refunds requested between five and 10 business days prior to camp session will receive a 50 percent refund; and requests received less than five business days prior to camp session will not receive a refund. Refunds take 6-8 weeks to process. A $15 processing fee will be assessed for each refund request. Note: $10 deposit will not be refunded. Experienced staff will provide new and exciting adventures each day! Campers will participate in activities including group games, crafts, songs, nature hikes, sports, swimming and weekly field trips. Each week will be a different theme, with activities and entertainers. Every camper will receive a camp shirt. Please make sure to note shirt size on registration form. Please dress appropriately for camp. Tennis shoes required; no sandals. During inclement weather, camp will be held indoors. Bring a sack lunch and drink every day. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Every camper will receive a camp shirt. Please make sure to note shirt size on registration form. Extra shirts are available for an additional fee. Our counselor to camper ratio is 10:1. Register for all 10 weeks prior to May 1 and receive $100 off. New this year is our weekly registration option for enhanced flexibility!
