FCYD Camp is proof positive that being diagnosed with diabetes means you have to live a sheltered life. We tried to tell that to our daughter all the time but she never really embraced the idea until she found herself surrounded by kids in her same situation. Teen Conditioning Camp will get kids (12-16) conditioned and ready to perform at a high level of physical ability for sports, recreation and fun!! Program is developed by Paul J. Stugart,M.S.,NASM-CPT, CF-L1, Master Trainer, Coach and Cheif Inspiration Officer. Your son or daughter will be challenged to improve fitness & function using ropes, bands, body weight, some weights, rowing, running and more. Each class will different and will structured to develop all aspects of conditioning. We will have team challenges, events, climb ropes, traverse on monkey bars and just overall have fun while conditioning the body. Bring your young adult to Creve Coeur Camera for a fun filled experience and learn photography from the Pros. 3 SESSIONS - 3 Hours each FEBRUARY 11, 18 & 25 Week One We will cover the basics of photography; exploring Olympus camera settings, Exposure fundamentals of ISO, shutter speed and aperture, Focusing techniques and composition rules. Week Two Practical applications of what you learning in the first week. We will have photo “sets” in the classroom for you to practice and Explore shutter and aperture (f-stop) techniques as you learn about the “appropriate” lighting on your subject. Week Three Learn the basics of Adobe Lightroom; the photo editing software the Professionals use and how to enhance your images. The Carr Elite Football Camps offer a unique learning experience for players of all ages and positions. Super Bowl Champion David Carr and Oakland Raiders Pro Bowler, QB Derek Carr, have created a football camp dedicated to improving not only the physical, but also the mental side of football.
