Incoming 5th and 6th graders will learn the basic usage and safety of HAND TOOLS including a coping saw, file, sanding block, and cordless drill. Some small machines may be used such as the scroll saw, spindle sander, Dremel engraver, and drill press. All activities will be demonstrated and supervised by Mr. Caris, the current Woodworking teacher at NBJH. Students will choose a project from a beginner list. The Princeton Field Hockey coaching staff has designed the Elite Camp for the athlete and the team who have aspirations to take their game to the next level. We encourage you to make this your high school team camp. In the months leading up to the camp, the Princeton coaching staff will work with your HS coach to ensure we are working toward your team goals for the upcoming season. We will address tactical areas, individual skill development and team direction. For the camper coming to camp as an individual, we will place you on a team with other athletes of a similar experience level. Individual skill will be developed during the morning sessions, while afternoon and evening sessions will be devoted to team tactics and team building.
