Horse Camp - Week 7 - The Greenwell Foundation
Horse Camp is for children ages 7 – 14 (by first day of camp session). This camp is the ideal setting to learn and discover all things horses! After discovering which horse they will be partnered with, campers are assigned to a lesson group based on their incoming skill set. Horsemanship is emphasized by allowing campers to saddle their own horse, help care for their horse and learn all about horse health. Riders will be taught safety, comfort in the saddle and control of the horse. More experienced riders will be challenged through the week with pre-jumping skills, some gymnastic exercises and leg yielding. Each day, each group will have the opportunity to ride in the morning for approximately 30-45 minutes after spending time grooming and tacking up horses. When not participating in a riding lesson, they will learn about barn management and all things horse! In addition to riding and working with the horses, campers will have the opportunity to do archery, kayaking, hiking, field games, crafts and get wet with water games. Each afternoon, campers are provided an afternoon snack and each week a chance to make Smores. The week ends with Tye-Dye Friday for a take-home memory... 301-373-9775

Lincoln Square Junior Explorer Camp for Mandell Families - The Mandell Pre Schools
Adventure awaits at Junior Explorer Camp - Lincoln Square! We welcome you to a half-day, drop-off summer camp for 3 to 5 year olds. Explore music, art, nature, sports, geography and food from around the globe. Build your childs confidence, independence and Pre K readiness as they discover, create and explore all summer long. 43 Hoops Peak Performance Basketball Camp PM ONLY - Carver Community Gym
AFTERNOON SESSION ONLY (12:45pm - 3:30pm) Camps are co-ed, 4th - 8th grades (based on the 2016-17 school year). This all day camp is designed for the serious basketball player who wants to make a school or travel team, move up a level on a travel team, or firm up their spot on an existing team. This camp is designed to prepare you for tryouts by giving you the skills and confidence to perform at your highest level. Each day a peak performance discussion topic will be covered to give the campers the insights they need to stay healthy, focused, and confident. Topics will include nutrition, conditioning and stretching, as well as tips on how to deal with the mental side of competitive basketball. Scrimmages will be used daily so that participants can utilize the skills theyve learned. These camps will be conducted by the professional training staff of the 43 Hoops Basketball Academy. Player to trainer ratio will be 8:1 or less. Mega Week 2 ~ Ages 8 -14 - Cortland Bible Camp
The perfect week to share with a friend, this week features an expanded age group. A full week of fun activities, new and old friends, and challenges from Gods Word. Mega week gives you the chance to meet new people, develop skills, explore Gods creation and so much more. Returning campers will enjoy new activities and games as well as their favorite parts of camp that keep them coming back, first time campers will enjoy the family setting, getting to know the other campers and the staff in just the first few hours. Building in the Makerspace - The Swain School
The campers will build with something different every day in the Makerspace, including Legos, littleBits, Knex, Straws and cardboard. Depending on the product used to build, the children will bring either their creation or a picture of what they built home with them. Although the emphasis will be on building from their imagination, there will be different prompts each day, such as to build an animal or a piece of furniture.
