At Winema 1st High School Camp, we work hard to provide the best of both camp and conference experiences through dynamic worship, engaging sessions, amazing activities and authentic and long-lasting relationships with fellow teens and adult leaders. Its a week that you wont want to miss. Our aim is for the campers to experience Gods love in Jesus Christ and have the opportunity to hear His call upon their lives. Various elements go into Christian Camping including the community that comes together in the Camp, the natural setting, games and recreation, Bible study, worship, prayer, and fellowship. Great Equestrian Camp
This is a wonderful camp to send your child to if they love to ride horses. The counselors are great and seemed to instantly love the kids. My child stayed mostly in the equestrian part and learned a lot from the instructors. They seemed to love their jobs working with horses and kids. When we went to pick up our child, he did not want to leave. He had made many friends and will consider this experience one that he’ll always remember. ... Read More...

Beginning June 5, 2015, Elite Stride will be holding a 6-week strength and conditioning training camp and also skilled position training camp. Age group 6-12. The ending date for this event is July 17. Our goal is to help your children get the most out of their summer vacation and provide them with an outlet to stay active as well as reinforce a sense of leadership and discipline. Not only will we get your kids in shape to perform their best, but we will motivate them to excel in their education and at home. This camp will be coached by Dwain Kanyiki, a Navy veteran, personal trainer, little league football coach, and Lone Star College football coach. For rising 1st-8th grade students This amazing program is for all students interested in musical theatre. It is an excellent opportunity to learn about all aspects of a production and to discover and develop theatrical and musical talents. The students in this camp learn music and dance and most importantly, how to work together and support one another to deliver a wonderful performance. The mission of this camp is to boost confidence and to build friendships through cooperative effort and fun. This summer we will go Under the Sea with The Little Mermaid. All ages will enjoy participating in this action-packed show! Instructor: Ann Neal, SAA-SDS Drama Teacher Dates & Times: June 6-24 (3 weeks); 9:00-11:30 Two Performances will be held on June 24, times TBA 901-435-5843
