The teen years can be very confusing with many physical changes resulting in emotional and mental stress. The connection of body and mind through the practice of yoga has been shown to benefit children greatly and provide a path for self regulation as they transition into young adults. In this special Teen Yoga Camp your child will have the opportunity to chat with other teens about issues surrounding their life. Meghan is a recent college graduate and Yoga Teacher who understands the struggles of the teen age years. Experience a posture lab and learn correct alignment and take a Essential Hot Yoga class with music and low heat! This workshop will fill up quickly.
