Flippin' Fall Fest Girls Competitive Gymnastics Camp - Fargo, ND
Flippin' Fall Fest is geared towards girl competitive gymnasts of all levels, and features small group sizes to facilitate focused, intense, and personalized training. The camp curriculum features two daily workouts totaling approximately 9 hours. The workouts are designed for systematic progression according to individual ability. Campers spend the sessions attending workouts at TNT Kid's Fitness & Gymnastics. COST: $175 - includes snack and leotard. PAYMENT: $75 deposit due when registering. Full camp payment is due October 21 at check in. REFUND POLICY: The camp fee is non- refundable after September 23, without a physician’s statement. Any refunds given with a physician's statement will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75 of the registration fee to cover expenses already incurred. Once leotards have been ordered, sizes may not be changed. ENROLLMENT: Maximum enrollment for this camp is 120 campers. Register early! CHECK-IN: June 8 at 8:00 am. Broadway Studio 1 (Grades K-1) - WED - Casa Mañana Rehearsal Studio
• Beginner level • Technique focus • Instructors: Jennie Godfrey • Class length: 1 hour • Semester Long • Class cost: $365 (plus $25 registration fee) For students with little to no previous musical theatre experience and who have already begun elementary school. Students will learn basic choreography, vocal performance, and stage presence skills. This class also prepares aspiring performers for the expectations of becoming young, professional actors, and they will rehearse for and perform a song and scene from the Broadway musical, "Matilda." 817-321-5040
Advanced Computer Camp - Pi Edition - Transylvania University
Experienced computer students are given the opportunity to work on advanced projects. This camps theme will involve the Raspberry Pi computers as a low-cost experimenters platform. Morning and afternoon programming sessions will begin with a short lecture, then you will be allowed to address several challenges in response to the topic covered in the lecture. Learn at your own pace, but instructors will be available to help if you have questions or problems. Evening sessions are reserved for independent work and network gaming. During camp, participants will live in a Transylvania residence hall and eat three meals a day in the dining hall, beginning with breakfast on Monday. Campers can also use Transys library, computer laboratory, and recreational facilities. Internet service will not be available in the dorm rooms. Campers must have attended a previous Transylvania computer camp or taken some programming classes at your high school. If you do not have this background, please consider registering for our Introduction to Computer Programming Camp, scheduled for June 12-17. Enrollment is limited to 35 campers. Our most unique camp, and a staff favorite! The spiritual focus of this camp is communing with God through His creation. Campers will sleep "outdoors" in our enclosed yurts and cook two meals a day over an open fire. Worship under the stars nightly. No previous camping experience required! Prep players will gain court-confidence from an intensive physical study of the fundamentals of the game of basketball under the guidance of Boys Head Coach Todd Howard and his staff. Prep players will bring their game to a new level: from drills in dribbling to shooting, to games and strategy exercises, players will gain the keys to success on the court.
