The 16:15 Youth Basketball Camp @ Trinity Church is BACK! Entering into the 4th year, with over 150 campers last year, we expect it to get huge this year!! Here are the dates and details. How Much? FREE When is it? June 20-23, 6-8 p.m. each evening Where is it? Trinity Church (outdoors venues) 415 N. Mill St, Stanton MI 48888 What is the camp about? The camp is a faith based camp teaching campers basketball skills and about Jesus Christ. This year's theme is "GOD's TEAM". What does each night look like? D&D Summer Band Camp - Tucson, AZ
It's time again for the D&D Summer Camp! This year we have a half day and a full day option. Each student will learn some basics of drum set, guitar, bass guitar, piano, vocals and more/ or further the skills they already have. Campers will get to form small groups and learn songs and perform them on video and on our Rock Star stage in a student battle of the bands. We will have a guest band performance, plus lunch and snacks are provided each day with a pizza party on the final day. The full day starts off with the same great experiences in the morning, but in the afternoon students will get an in-depth look at the ins and outs of a recording studio. A camp for the true adventure who wants a new and different camp experience with a mix of traditional! Participants will enjoy daily swim lessons, free swim, arts & crafts, nature study and special events. There is an Open House on Friday, June 24 from 3-5:30pm at Greenwood Childrens Center and Greenwood Park. Join us to meet the staff that will be working with your child this summer and take this opportunity to visit our facility. Returning campers are welcome to stop by as well. Farm Fun - Farm Store
Farm Fun camp is a unique opportunity for campers to work with the livestock, gardens, and natural areas at Greenacres while exploring the science happening on the farm. The camp will also include plenty of games, exploration, and farm fresh treats. Past camp activities have included assisting with weighing cattle, testing soil, planting cover crops, making pickles, spending time with the sheep, and Brix testing vegetables. This camp is best suited to campers with an interest in exploring the science behind farming and gardening, who get excited about real farm work! Please wear sturdy close-toed shoes or boots.
