3-year olds (who are toilet trained) to children entering Kindergarten may enroll for morning preschool, available 5, 3, OR 2 days a week. A small class size of 16 students to 1 early childhood certified teacher and 1 trained associate enhances learning. The groundwork for early language, math and science skills is formed utilizing multi-sensory, child-centered activities. A unique phonics-based teaching system brings the alphabet to life, as it lays the foundation for reading. Each session is 4 weeks long - 5 day option: Monday-Friday - 3 day option: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 2 day option: Tuesday, Thursday *Please consider sending your 4 or 5 year olds to our PreK kindergarten readiness Camps (see "2016 Summer Themed Camps" and look for PreK camps). These afternoon sessions are an opportunity for your 4 or 5 year old to prepare for a full day of school. These PreK themed camps offer a fun, engaging learning environment as we work on kindergarten readiness through different weekly themes. *Please note: Students age 4 and up who are registered for a morning and afternoon camp within the same week are invited to stay for FREE supervised lunch and recess between 11:30 am-12:30 pm. This is a hands-on class where students will design and build machines, catapults, pyramids, derby cars, buildings and other constructions out of LEGO® bricks. While exploring engineering, architecture and physics, students will develop problem solving and critical thinking skills. Participants build a new project each month. (925) 308-0010
Exploring Palo Alto through Digital Photography, 2 - Mitchell Park Community Center (MPCC)
Join us for a full day art camp and learn about the fundamentals of digital photography, including composition, lighting, perspective, contrast, color, portraiture and motion, while you are out shooting in the field. Each morning, kids will take photographs in and around Mitchell Park and one to two field trips will be scheduled. In the afternoons, camp will take place in the computer lab at Mitchell Park Community Center, where kids will use PhotoshopTM to enhance, manipulate and finish digital images. At the end of the week, choose your favorite photographs and create a portfolio of your work. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note that no age exceptions can be made for this camp. USF July Full Day-Outdoor Soccer Training Camp + Goalkeeper Training - USF Corbett Soccer Stadium
Our full day outdoor training program is from 9am-4pm daily, Monday-Thursday, and on Friday from 9am-Noon. This program is designed to improve a players technical proficiency in all aspects of the game (dribbling, passing, receiving, chipping, and shooting). Camp includes all you can eat buffet style lunch in USFs air-conditioned dining hall on campus Monday-Thursday. Campers can choose to watch a movie or swim in the early afternoon before our last camp session of the day. Goalkeepers will also train together with one of our goalkeeper coaches a portion of the day. 813-315-6485

This summer camp adventure starts with creative turtle art lessons in the morning and nature adventures in the afternoon. Finally end your day with museum discovery time! *Create exciting turtle inspired art and paint beautiful patterns on our own turtle shells! Hands-on turtle fun with Turtle Bob plus take a short adventure to the gopher tortoise pen to see these digging turtles in their natural environment. Wear/Bring closed toe shoes for the adventure!
