Camp S.W.A.G. (Students With Ambitions & Goals) is hosting a Teen Talent Show on January 29th, 2016 with a TENTATIVE location of Panther Creek High School in Cary, NC. Bulls/Sox Combo Camp - Ackerman Sports and Fitness Center
Our combo camps gives the two sport athlete the ability to improve their offensive and defensive game in both basketball and baseball. Half of each day will be spent on the basketball courts working on your basketball game with an outstanding coaching staff. Fine tune your baseball skills during the other half of the day, with our experienced Academy instructors. Please bring a sack lunch. Players will be grouped by age and ability level. Summer Stretch Yoga Camp: Beach Theme - Marine Park Building
Weekly Theme: Beach Balance like a palm tree, roar like a lion, and stretch like a giraffe in this fun-filled yoga camp! Camp begins with a 40 minute class where students learn new poses and breathing techniques each day on an imaginary yoga adventure. Class ends by relaxing with peaceful music. After class, the excitement continues with yoga stories and games, a break for lunch, and a creative take-home art activity. Art projects are yoga themed and will relate to the poses learned that day. Fun activities throughout the week include parachute games, treasure hunts, outdoor craft time, face painting, and more! Yoga has been shown to improve focus, confidence, and coordination in children. Please bring a snack, lunch, and water.
