Ages 8-13, Hands-On, 4 hour class $30 Our school doors aren’t closed today. We’d love to educate your child(ren) on their day off with a skill set that will be used for decades to come—cooking! All participants will be shopping, prepping, cooking, eating and cleaning. Most food is made from scratch and in season! Today’s menu will focus on the fall produce of pumpkin, apples, butternut squash and cranberries: pumpkin bread with maple butter, apple pockets, curried butternut squash soup with cranberry chutney and baked brie crostini.
