Youth Colorguard Camp - Salem, MO
Come join us for Youth Color Guard Camp in February! Grades 3-5. Register by January 15th to make sure you can recieve a t-shirt. We will practice Monday, February 8th and Tuesday, February 9th from 6pm until 7pm in the High School Band Room. Performance will be during the half time of the Varsity basketball game Thursday, February 11th. Contact Kelsey Schatz for any additional information!

IT IS THAT TIME OF YEAR OUR ANNUAL DK YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEER CAMP!! SATURDAY JUNE 25!! **FREE!!!!** AGES: 6-17 TIME: 8:30am - 2:00pm **CAMPERS WILL RECEIVE FREE T-SHIRT, LUNCH & INSTRUCTION!!**
Kids After Schoo Core Cooking Camp, Ages 5-8 (Bellevue) - Bellevue, WA
This is a wonderful program that will lay the foundation for healthy eating by educating and empowering students (ages 5-8) about basic kitchen safety, creating a healthy balanced plate, how to subsititue ingredients to make meals healthier and so much more! Classes are sold in a session of four, are held on Wednesdays frm January 4th-25th and are two hours long. The first 30 minutes of each class is dedicated to nutrition education including games and activities. The remaining time is dedicated to cooking, eating, and cleanup. Our Core Cooking Program covers topics such as: Kitchen Safety, Cross-Contamination, Healthy Snacks, Fueling Your Body, Healthy Breakfasts, MyPlate Nutrition, Lunch N Munch, Healthy Cooking Substitutions of Kids’ Favorite Foods Activity sheets, recipes, helpful tips, and individual workstations for hands-on activity are included in the course. Recipes may include things like: avocado veggie dip, peanut butter banana whole wheat coins (nut-free substitutions available if needed), eggs in a basket, French toast, chocolate banana & strawberry smoothie, cranberry broccoli salad, zesty bean dip, pizza spiral sandwiches, sweet potato fries, steak/chicken/veggie grilled skewers, and Parmesan chicken tenders. Teen Boot Camp - Rockford, IL
Do you have or know a hard to reach teen? Want your teen to learn discipline, teamwork, and respect? If so, bring him/her to my Teen Bootcamp! I'm an Army vet who knows the importance of these things. Let me teach your teen drill and ceremony, how to change a tire, how to communicate without using technology, and countless other important life skills. I will provide 45 minutes of life skills and 45 minutes of fitness during each session. Teen and parent must agree to participate in all eight sessions. Sessions will be held twice a week. Parents this is for you........Need to vent your concerns, need professional advice or guidance, need to know that you're not alone? Tirah Brown, MSW, LSW will be providing free counseling sessions while your teen is with me. Also included is free dinner and drink, every session! All this for only $30 a session! *20 TEENS MAXIMUM*

Television writer and iO West instructor Ed Lee will discuss how television episodes - including pilots - are structured, and how you can apply it to your writing so your television scripts can have the best possible impact on your audience. Ed Lee has written for several TV shows including Norm, "The Drew Carey Show, Class of 3000, and "Are You There, Chelsea?", and has worked in punch-up rooms for many sitcom pilots. He currently teaches television writing classes at iO West, UCLA Extension, and the AFI Conservatory. (323) 962-7560

Green Thumbs Worlds End Reservation (AM session) - Worlds End Reservation
Some say it isnt easy being green but it is here! Especially if being green means spending time outside and learning to love the world around you. This is our goal with this introductory program. This three day session will take place at Worlds End Reservation which is home to some of the best views on the South Shore. Our activities will be similar to activities offered in the full week session but tailored to our younger audience. Children can expect to put on their backpack and head out in search for adventures at the salt marsh, shore line or forest. Children must be four by August 31st to be eligible for this program. We have also had many five year old campers in this program that are looking for an introduction or a shorter week. 781.740.7233

Students will participate in all musical and recreational activities from 8:45-5:00 p.m. Lunch is provided, but families are responsible for students breakfast and dinner. Drop off and pick up will occur in a designated location each day. Location is TBD 540-343-6221 x231
