Iron Men Acro & Agility - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
With coaching and equipment resources from the Gymstars Gymnastics, boys will be introduced to the basics of tumbling acrobatics such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, handsprings, jumps and safety falls, in addition to mini trampoline fundamentals. To round out this program the mini-men will also practice strength, flexibility, coordination, and agility challenges in a fun, age appropriate format. Strong, flexible and fit boys will be assets to any future basketball, football, or soccer teams. Begin here…go anywhere!
