Cardio Drumming is sure to get your heart going. A mixture of both cardio exercise and drumming. Drum sticks are required. They can be purchased from the instructor for $10 or borrowed from the instructor. Exercise balls and buckets required at cost to particpant. Please arrive with ball blown up. Beginning June 5, 2015, Elite Stride will be holding a 6-week strength and conditioning training camp and also skilled position training camp. Age group 6-12. The ending date for this event is July 17. Our goal is to help your children get the most out of their summer vacation and provide them with an outlet to stay active as well as reinforce a sense of leadership and discipline. Not only will we get your kids in shape to perform their best, but we will motivate them to excel in their education and at home. The Satellite Prospect Camp offers boys, currently enrolled in 9th-12th grade, a positive developmental soccer environment. This camp will take place on the beautiful campus of Northfield Mount Hermon School in Gill, MA. This location provides the opportunity for prospective student-athletes in the Northeast region to train and be evaluated by the University of Michigan soccer staff. Field Players and goalkeepers will work directly with the University of Michigan mens soccer staff to experience the daily training environment of the University of Michigan mens soccer program. The camp schedule will consist of on the field training, small sided and larger sided games, strength and conditioning and lectures regarding the recruiting process with academic and athletic components.
