Kids' Fitness and Baseball Development Camp - Emeryville, CA
During our week long fitness and baseball camp, we are going to focus on baseball development, speedwork and other fitness fundamentals. We will be working in small groups and going into a lot of detail to really develop and improve the kids' techniques and playing ability. Each body conditioning segment will be dedicated to the improvement of sprint skills, techniques, and the development of power needed to run faster.
