A-TEN-TION!!! CADETS, FALL IN!!! Officers Training Academy is now accepting enlistments for a week of drills, tactics, military strategy, and flour-bomb battle reenactments. Learn how Civil War officers trained their soldiers, prepared for battles, and entertained themselves during downtime. All cadets will be loaned a soldiers uniform and wooden training rifle for the week. Bring a parent for the academy camp-out on Friday night, have a soldiers campfire breakfast, and attend the graduation ceremony on Saturday morning. Building a Light-Controlled Synthesizer - MacRostie Art Center
Work with composer, instrument builder, and educator, Troy Rogers to create a light-controlled synthesizer. Can be taken individually, or in conjunction with the Musical Robots workshop. All materials provided by instructor: each student leaves with a functioning light-controlled synthesizer they built during the workshop. Students will also have the opportunity to particcipate in a performance that evening at 7 pm, open to the public, at MacRostie Art Center! Ages 13 – 17. 218-326-2697

Youll create cool 3D art that lights up & becomes a table or floor lamp! Light sculptures! Youll mold wire into a form that can be as figurative or wildly creative as you want, then wrap it in fancy papers, paint it, and collage it into a fanciful and fabulous light sculpture. This is our Mixup week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips while using public transportation to navigate our way. Middle Blocker Camp - Beck Center
The Middle Blocker camp will be a camp that focuses on blocking, transitioning, and attacking from the Middle Blocker position. There will be a full progression of each skill and how they are used in gameplay throughout a match. Middle Blockers will also combine with setters to work on the connection with a live set.
