Jump into 3-D game design using the visual programming tool Kodu to design and mold terrain, set camera angles, adjust lighting, populate objects, and program behaviors. This affordable summer camp pulls out all the stops. My 12 year old son has attended this camp the last 4 years. The camp teaches youngsters ages 8-14 survival skills if they are ever lost or in a dangerous situation. They learn simple things such as how to treat a bee sting, to complex issues such as creating an overnight shelter to sleep in. 2017 Teen Winter Retreat - Jackson, OH
Registration for the retreat will be held on Saturday, January 28, from 3– 4 p.m. and will dismiss at 10 a.m. on Sunday, January 29. The Teen Winter Retreat will feature many fun events, activities and programs. You will need to bring your completed health form and activity release form that is signed by your parent/guardian in order to participate. Please bring warm clothes and comfortable shoes as we will probably be taking part in some outdoor activities during the retreat. You will also need to bring your own, bedding, towels and bathroom supplies. Registrations should be submitted by Friday, January 20 to Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp. Lacrosse Boys Youth Camp (06/20/2016-06/22/2016) - Mater Dei High School
Come join the Mater Dei coaching staff as they conduct the 2015 Mater Dei Summer Youth Lacrosse Camp. Players will receive individual instruction in the fundamentals of lacrosse as well as games. 714-754-7711

Summer Camp @ La Pintoresca Group C (11-12) - City of Pasadena
This is a 6 week camp that will run from June 27-August 5 from 8-6 pm. (Excluding 4th of July) This traditional camp is high-quality, fun and affordable. Activities include arts and crafts, physical fitness games and challenges, dance, visits to the onsite library at La Pintoresca Park and swimming. Campers play basketball, soccer, volleyball and softball. Instruction is also offered in golf and tennis. Campers are escorted to Robinson Park Recreation Centers swimming pool for recreational swim two times per week. Staff go into the water with the campers and certified lifeguards are always present. Fun field trips are often the highlight of the week. Trips are an additional charge and are scheduled for once a week. This camp is a good fit for active campers who like sports and group activities. The ratio of staff to campers is 1 to 10. Campers are grouped by age, and lunch and a snack are provided. Camp culminates in the annual War Games in which Washington Park Camp and La Pintoresca Park Camps compete in a series of challenges to determine an annual camp champion. Tennis Camp - The Derryfield School
A week of tennis instruction, practice, games, and activities for intermediate to advanced tennis players. Players will receive individual instruction which will be reinforced by match play later in the morning. We will focus on stroke mechanics, playing strategies, and conditioning. Each student will have his/her strokes videotaped and analyzed during the session. The instruction is led by Mike Leary, a USPTA certified professional and high-school coach. (603) 721-1327

CR Stewards (ages 9-13) - Connolly Ranch
This camp is designed for those who are ready to advance their learning and exploration of the natural world. Connolly Ranch Stewards will get a behind-the-scenes perspective of Connolly Ranch and its natural history. Participants will have the opportunity to work on conservation projects, build natural shelters, learn advanced farm chores, explore rarely used areas, hike in the hills and delve into techniques, tactics and concepts that this older group is ready to explore. But its not all work! Our naturalists and teachers will guide these budding environmentalists in games and exercises that offer lots of fun while imparting important lessons about protecting open spaces and wild places.
