Two-Day Summer Camp for Children 5 to 13 years old on June 16th and 18th 9:30am to 11:30am. Space is limited to 15, enroll your child by May 29th to secure their space. Price is $99 for this Mind and Body Anti Bully Self Defense empowerment program. We will empower the children with boundary setting tools, both mentally and physically, greater awareness of potential dangers and inappropriate behaviors, 'power words' to use to show confidence, usage of important resources to feel secure (sharing fears/discomfort with teachers, parents and trusted adults to receive assistance). At BONA, we are always excited about the summer because we get to spend time with some great STUDENT athletes. Over the past 17 years, we have been blessed to only work with great athletes, many of whom have developed the skill and discipline to move on and become productive parts of the athletic and professional community. This summer we want to spend 5 days with your young student athlete and discuss the importance of working with a purpose. Our goal each summer is to work with 10 - 15 young men grades 6 -12 to meet specific camp objectives.

This camp is for students who are starting 7th grade through college age. Camp is 10am-2pm daily. Morning workshops include master classes with local instructors. We will learn about rockets, the Milky Way, black holes, the solar system, our unique moon and more through painting, sculpture, and mixed media art projects. Modern Masters (Ages 8-12) introduces children to the wonderful world of Van Gogh, Cézanne, Dali, Chagall and Matisse. Using famous works of art to understand the artist’s styles, children reproduce their own artwork. These lessons are classic examples of how mixing art history with simple, foundational techniques can create the most beautiful works of art. Chincapin Camp – For girls who are new to horseback riding or would like to focus more on other activities, this track allows them a wholesome balance of camp experiences. Chincapin campers ride 3-4 hours per week and spend the rest of their time at archery, canoeing, fishing, arts and crafts and more. Chincapin Camp with Horseback Riding Focus – For girls who live and breathe horses, this track allows them the maximum amount of time possible in the barn.
