The Teen Leadership Retreat takes place every year in January is geared towards teens who want to learn more about leadership and to get involved in Camp Fire and Camp Sealth. The event is not limited to previous participants of Camp Fire programs; we encourage ALL interested teens to attend. Workshops will include individual leadership skills, classic camp activities, and an optional half-day service project in Seattle. Be sure to check out our other Teen Leadership throughout the year, based out of both Camp Sealth as well as the greater Seattle area!

Summer Recreation Camp - (Week 1) Week 1: Aloha Summer Welcome summer with some island fun! A fun filled week including activities such as limbo, sand art, tie-dye and more. Each day is designed a little different to offer campers with daily choices, physical exercise, and craft activities to ignite creativity, social and group development, nature and each week includes three special activities/events. Thursday the campers will take a trip to a New Hampshire State Park and Friday has its own theme and is definitely going to be two days campers do not want to miss!Please have your child bring sunscreen, water bottles (at least 32 ozs.), 2 snacks and a lunch. Camp Information * Camp hours are from 8:30am - 3pm. Great Outdoors June 27th-July 1st 9am – 4pm (Ages 5 – 11) Monday – Friday Its back to nature in this camp and we mean literally! If it has to do with nature and the great outdoors we are all over it! These days kids seem to be losing touch with nature, so in this camp we are going to bring them back to the wild side. Kids will leave civilization behind as we head out into the great unknown to learn all about nature and surviving the outdoors. Campers will get the ins and outs of navigating trails, compass use, telling time by the sun, identify animal tracks, interact daily with animals, make fossils, build a drift shelter, survival skills, make Native American crafts, outdoor cooking (more than just smores) and so much more. By the end of camp you might not get your kid to come back into the house! Pint sized survivalist fun is on order for this camp on the Wild Side! Field trip: Patapsco Wildlife Nature Center: Hike the trails, ride the tram and have a picnic lunch. (410) 279-5416
