D&D Summer Band Camp - Tucson, AZ
It's time again for the D&D Summer Camp! This year we have a half day and a full day option. Each student will learn some basics of drum set, guitar, bass guitar, piano, vocals and more/ or further the skills they already have. Campers will get to form small groups and learn songs and perform them on video and on our Rock Star stage in a student battle of the bands. We will have a guest band performance, plus lunch and snacks are provided each day with a pizza party on the final day. The full day starts off with the same great experiences in the morning, but in the afternoon students will get an in-depth look at the ins and outs of a recording studio. Pre-Teen Improv Camp: Session 2 - Norfolk, VA
This camp is open to children ages 7 to 12. Students will explore the key elements of both long and short form improvisation. The children will play numerous improv games which will serve to develop and enhance their public-speaking, social, and team-building skills. This camp will be conducted in a non-judgmental environment where the students will build confidence, make friends, and most importantly… have fun. Snacks will be provided on a daily basis and there will be a pizza-party for lunch on Friday. The camp concludes on Saturday with all students performing in a graduation show on the stage of the Push Comedy Theater. Each student will receive a Push Comedy Theater T-shirt and be eligible to perform in the 4th Annual Norfolk Comedy Festival in late September 2015.
