Coat-A-Kid Charity BootCamp - Chesterfield, MO
This will be our 4th consecutive December hosting a Coat-A-Kid Charity BootCamp! Come out to support an awesome charity, have fun and get your sweat on... unless you're the kind of person that is ok with kids not having coats this winter ;) All fitness levels are welcome! Classes are 55 minutes and begin at 8am & 9:30am. Max 25 people per group so be sure to sign up in advance! $20/person (you can pay at the door or in advance). The $20 donation will cover the cost of a NEW coat, gloves and hat for 1 child. TO REGISTER: 1) We have a sign up sheet at the gym. 2) Email us at BlueOceanFitness@gmail.com and let us know which time you would like to attend. Coat-A-Kid provides new coats, hats and gloves, free of charge, to kids in need in the St. Louis area. They are 100% volunteer run, so 100% of the proceeds go to coating children!

K9 Kid's Camp - San Angelo, TX
Children in Kindergarten-5th grade will learn pet ownership responsibilities, positive interaction, basic training techniques, and how to safely interact with puppies and dogs known to them and rules for animals unknown to them. Cost is $20 per camper each session. The K9 Kid's Camp will last 6 weeks and each camper will receive a certificate of completion and will earn Boot Camp points during training for other awards.

During each session of Shooting Camp, all players will be taught the necessary skills to become a better and more effective shooter. Players will learn the quick, accurate release that will make you the go to shooter. Bulls/Sox Academy coaches will teach the basic shooting principals; balance, elbow, eyes, and follow through. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please dress in athletic gear and bring a water bottle. States that are in this region are Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado, Louisiana PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE U100 IN YOUR REGION, YOU MAY SIGN UP FOR THE CAMP AT ANY OTHER LOCATION. It is the only national camp in the USA, where we will rank the top 100 players from a select group campers Top Juniors in the USA over one day. In addition, we will choose top athletes from this camp to the U100 Top Propsect Camp and Potentially the NUC All American Game. Summer Camp - Week #7 Ooey Gooey Wild Week With a name like that, what on earth will we do? Throughout the week we will make some fun crafts getting ooey and gooey. We will make our own slime, play dough, and lets see if we can create a masterpiece doing some finger painting. As far as the getting wild part goes, we will have some wild relays and themed days. Crazy hair day and super sweet socks day will just be a few. As always we will provide a fantastic food Friday. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are paying a deposit of $20 to reserve your week, the remainder of the payment will automatically set to be deducted from your credit card the Monday of the week before camp starts. Pitch, hit, run! This camp is perfect for young players looking to improve their baseball skills. Camp will start at Jones Park for some on-the-field training and end at the Savoy Recreation Center, where we will cool off with some indoor training. T-shirts are included.
