Students from DC Reads schools will be welcomed to AU for a day filled with fun activities "around the world" and will end with a book fair and dinner in TDR! The Salvation Army is hosting a walkathon to raise funds to help send children to summer camp. We offer several camp sessions lasting from three to eight days for children of various ages. Your child will be supervised by caring on-site counselors.There are three types of camping experiences for children ranging in age from six to sixteen which include; residential camps, day camps and teen wilderness camps. We need help raising the funds to supporting sending children to camp. Join us June 4 and help us send children to summer camp.

This is just a proposal for next year's summer camping dates. Never to early to begin planning. We hope to again camp with a troop with whom or boys made friends.
Kid's Camp - Wilburton, OK
$8 per person (this will cover the cost for food) $12 per tent, per night We had to cancel our camping trip in July due to bad weather. We have rescheduled this event for August 19-21. If you didn't sign up before and would like to go, please see Nancy Horton or Renee Blackwell. Each child must have a parent or guardian attend this camp with them.

Exploring clay, drawing, painting, 3D construction and more, participants will complete an assortment of individual and group projects in each weeks theme, culminating in a showcase at the end of each camp, followed by the unveiling of an installation at our 9th annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival in September. 401-490-9475
