In this fantastic new camp, students will get a chance to try a variety of percussion instrument while building basic playing skills that will help prepare them to play in their school band or orchestra. Any student can join this camp, even if you have no previous experience playing an instrument. After 5 fun-filled days packed with lots of playing time on a variety of instruments, students will have a chance to show off their new skills for family and friends at a recital at the end of camp. The sun is shining, the buds are blooming, and NY parks need to be cleaned! Come to the LAST teen event for this school year for NY Cares Spring Day. We'll meet at 8AM in Manhattan and then travel to a park to help get them ready for spring with thousands of other people around the City. Last year we planted a garden on top of the Staten Island Ferry Building. Did I mention that you get a free t-shirt and this is your LAST chance to recieve community service with us for the school year?. Toddler Boot Camp: 'I'm a Big Kid Now' - Battle Creek, MI
