The beauty of yoga is self discovery. The best time for that is now. Introducing a new Teen Yoga Camp at Essential Hot Yoga Meridian location. It is often said by yoga students, "I wish I would have found yoga much younger". Yoga gently opens up the body and the mind for greater self love and compassion. The teen years can be very confusing with many physical changes resulting in emotional and mental stress. The connection of body and mind through the practice of yoga has been shown to benefit children greatly and provide a path for self regulation as they transition into young adults. In this special Teen Yoga Camp your child will have the opportunity to chat with other teen yoga teachers about issues surrounding their life. YOUTH RUNNER ELITE MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP If youre looking for a great experience that will give you a boost going into your Cross Country season this fall then the Youth Runner Elite Camp may be for you. Youre going to have fun, make new friendships, and maybe even meet your competitors. Youll also get some one on one advice from experienced coaches and athletes. Every day a Guest Olympian or an Elite Athlete will stop by to tell you their story and answer your questions. Youll leave with a plan and access to your camp coach through emails and phone calls until the end of cross country season. You can even bring your coach back home into the conversation. Whats Different? We love the camps with 200 runners sleeping in tents and getting crazy. Thats not this camp though. Youll be at Lewis and Clark College voted 2 nd nicest campus in the U.S. It has miles of running trails connected to the campus, a swimming pool, game room, and everything we need for camp. Instead of that tent or cabin you were hoping for youll be staying in a super nice college dorm. Sorry, no...
