Boys and girls will enjoy age appropriate activities that include: dribbling, trapping, shooting and soccer games. Whether your child is a beginner, intermediate player or experienced club player, our camp will provide the training that will best fir their needs. The goal is to provide the opportunity for each child to develop gross motor skills and nurture his/her growth socially and emotionally through teamwork and good sportsmanship in a safe and supportive environment. Please bring soccer/running shoes, shin guards, lunch, water, snack, and sunscreen. Retreat 2016: Endurance - Proclaiming the Everlasting Kingdom - Naches
Each year the WGBC youth and guests spend 3 days in fellowship and under intensive instruction in the Word. The program includes worship services, bonfire fellowship, games, and various activities. This is a unique opportunity to establish new friendships, renew the old, and serve each other. But the most important aspect of this retreat is the time during the services when young people will be united in worship. Another great blessing of this time is the opportunity to interact with our pastors who will be there with us the whole time. This year's theme: The book of Daniel was written to encourage the Jews in exile by revealing God’s program for them. They are reminded that God is sovereign over the affairs of all rulers and nations. A key aspect within the overarching theme of God’s kingly control is Messiah’s coming to rule the world in glory over all men (2:35, 45; 7:13, 14,27). All of the kingdoms of this world will come to an end and will be replaced by the Lord’s kingdom, which will never pass away (2:44; 7:27). Two separate classes are offered: 1st - 3rd Grade & 4th-6th Grade *Please note: Students who are registered for a morning and afternoon camp within the same week are invited to stay for FREE supervised lunch and recess between 11:30 am-12:30 pm. Techsplosion is a hands-on STEM enrichment program in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 2010, our passionate instructors have served over 1,500 students at over 50 bay area locations. We balance computer time with fun outdoor activities and themed games. Our Minecraft and Video Game Design camps are the most computer intensive but in all full-day programs we schedule approximately 2 hours of outdoor time per day. In addition to that, we have many non-computer activities, particularly in the camps for younger age groups like Junior Minecrafters and Minecraft Challenge. We want to inspire your kids to lead balanced and passionate lives, not turn them into potatoes. Challenge (ages 8-12): This program is designed for those that have already taken the Junior level program or are already familiar with the Minecraft game.
