Youth Councils 2015! - Camp Lake, WI
What is Youth Councils? Youth Councils is a three day retreat specifically for Jr. High, High School and college age youth to be challenged and strengthened in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Who can attend Youth Councils? We have two tracks to set up so that we can tailor everything to the specific needs of your youth. To attend the Jr. High Track, youth must be in 6th, 7th or 8th grade by April 10, 2015. In order to be in the High School Track, youth need to be in 9th grade-age 25 by that same date. When is Youth Councils 2015? Youth Councils 2015 is being held from April 10-12, 2015 at Wonderland Camp & Conference Center. What is the theme for Youth Councils 2015? The theme is RISE ABOVE, and it’s based on Colossians 3:1 (NASB): “Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God." As we walk through this life, it can be really easy to forget that our identity is hidden in Christ and not in the things of this world. So many things around us...

Bitty Ball Spring Camp Ages 4-6 - Recreation Center at Michelle Obma School of Techn
Specifically designed for your Lil Hoopers, your child ages 4-6 will learn the basics of the game in a fun, learning environment. For the first few weeks, players are given a skills camp experience and fundamentals are taught. Then participants will compete in games/scrimmages, where parents can encourage their child and see their progress. Learn the basics of what it takes to be a lifeguard. This program promotes teamwork, leadership, and aquatic safety while introducing students to professional opportunities. Get quality water safety education on ocean and beach hazards, including rip currents, waves and tides. Gain an understanding on beach ecology and marine life and learn respect for the environment and for themselves, their parents and their peers. Includes: surf and ocean rescue, skills in first aid and CPR, boogie boarding, body surfing, beach/water flags and race relays. This is not a certifying class. 860-535-9362
