This week with Virginia Fishing Adventures offers campers the opportunity to learn the basics of freshwater fishing, from casting, to lure and bait choices, to the best places to catch fish. We fish mostly private ponds with this younger camp to ensure success. Safety is our number one priority, so all campers will wear life jackets when in the water or on a boat. Also, we maintain a 1-to-4 counselor-to-camper ratio. 804-272-6362

This Christian camp has helped to instill a love of Christ for my 12 year old daughter. Along with the Christian focus, she also enjoyed traditional camping activities. MCC Kid Camp - Alliance, OH
Kids ages 7 to 11 (by 9/1/15) are invited to participate in 1, 2, or 3 activities for 3 days in July. They can sign up for Basketball from 9:30-11:30, Soccer from 12:30-2:30, Art from 3:00-5:00, or a combination of 2 or 3 of these activities. Costs are as follows: $10 per kid for 1 activity, $20 per kid for 2 activities, or $25 for ALL 3, which will include lunch and a snack each day. In the event that your household has more than 2 kids participating, cost is a MAX of $25 per family for 1 Activity, $50 MAX for 2 activities, and $60 MAX for ALL 3 Activities. EVERY KID WHO PARTICIPATES, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY ACTIVITIES, WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT SHIRT TO BE WORN EACH DAY. Signups for this event begin May 3rd and run through June 14th. Spring Break Olympic Peninsula Exploration - Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
Join Blue Compass Camps for an exploration of the Beautiful Olympic Peninsula this Spring Break. We will hike, explorer history, visit the beach and the mountains. This trip will be as varied as the Olympics itself. We will spent time exploring coastal towns, majestic beaches and stepping into the rain forest around the Hoh River. As is the case with all Blue Compass Camps outdoor adventures: 1.) Our Goals, beyond having ridiculous amounts of fun with newly made friends, are to help develop social and self confidence while providing an exciting, challenging and unforgettable adventure experience. 2.) Our Staff support teens through compassionate strength-based perspectives, believing every adolescent has many gifts and unique qualities to offer. Has your child ever wondered how the inside of a computer works? Well, heres their chance to take apart computers (mainly PCs), and put them back together in ways that optimize speed, space, and/or resources. Evergreen provides the computers for the children to work on. Students will learn how to install a hard drive, add some RAM, and upgrade a processor. They will also learn tons of secrets and shortcuts that technophiles (a.k.a. computer geeks) use to quickly find out how fast any computer is…or could be! 206-957-1533
"Meet Spot" Week 6 - Animal Training Adventure Center
This session is for young campers age 7 who love puppies and dogs, or young campers who need to overcome a fear of dogs. Campers will be introduced to basic responsibilities of pet ownership and the needs of a canine companion by working with rescue puppies and dogs. Campers will engage in play and structured games involving puppies and dogs that teach dog handling skills, dog safety, and promote having fun with a dog. This session will also include animal-themed family movies, animal-themed arts and craft projects, and homemade dog treats prepared by campers.
