This combination class offers children a sampling of art projects using various media such as painting, watercolors, collage, and pastels. It is amazing what you can do when you explore your imagination. A variety of materials are used to create your many masterpieces – Many projects are built upon each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. We are excited to invite the whole Alpha Omega Campus Ministry and the Junior and Seniors from the teen ministry to a Back to School Devotional. Beginning at 5:30pm the Campus Ministries will host a campus fair for the Juniors and Seniors to get information about the campuses in which they are interested. At 6:00pm we will start our devotional. We will have a time of worship, hear testimonies, and listen to the word of God being preached. The fair will continue afterwards. Join us for an inspirational time together.

Summer Language Camp: Week 2 - Lyman Campus
SUMMER LANGUAGE CAMP: Ages: Girls and Boys Entering Grades 3 - 6 Dates: June 27-July 1 and August 1-5 Time: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm Format: Two, one week sessions Location: Laurels Lyman Campus in Shaker Heights Tuition: $400/session This camp is designed to introduce students to modern languages while they experience summer fun including cooking, sports, arts, sightseeing and field trips throughout the city – in the target language. Your child will be immersed in language, culture and pure fun in this camp led by Laurel World Languages faculty and counselors who are fluent in the language. Languages are offered in an immersion setting to give campers the foundation they need to enter a language class at their grade level. While cooking tapas, crepes or egg rolls, our students spontaneously use their target language to request flavors, colors, and what they like and dont like. Green Thumbs Worlds End Reservation (AM session) - Worlds End Reservation
Some say it isnt easy being green but it is here! Especially if being green means spending time outside and learning to love the world around you. This is our goal with this introductory program. This three day session will take place at Worlds End Reservation which is home to some of the best views on the South Shore. Our activities will be similar to activities offered in the full week session but tailored to our younger audience. Children can expect to put on their backpack and head out in search for adventures at the salt marsh, shore line or forest. Children must be four by August 31st to be eligible for this program.
