ORIGINS Youth Camp 2016 - Sparks, OK
Parents the Youth have chosen Camp #2 which is May 30th - June 3rd. I know it seems far away but we MUST have an idea on a head count so we can go ahead and get our week reserved. It will more than likely be 100% full within a week so we would choose week #3 which is June 6th-June 10th. THE KIDS are choosing Camp #2 because of the speaker we had last year will be at Camp #2. Please chat with your YOUTH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and let me know by this Wedneday if at all possible. I would like to send in the registration fee for each kid this week to reserve our spots. Then we can work over the next 3-4 months fundraising and hopefully again fund each kid 100% like last year. If you have any questions please feel free to call, text or email me. Youth and Teen Aerial and Circus Arts Camps - Boulder, CO
Has your child or teen ever dreamed of flying — the amazing freedom, the fun, the excitement? Join professional teachers of aerials arts and acrobatics for our exciting camps! Open to kids ages 4-18, (different age groups available) campers are invited to Frequent Flyer's Aerial Dance Studio to learn skills on trapeze, aerial fabric, sling, acrobatics and so much more. Here's what a parent said about her child's experience in camp in early June: "I just wanted to let you know that she has LOVED this camp. It is such a pleasure when I sign my child up for a camp to know that the money was well spent, and that there is no whining about going to camp - she's up and out of bed, lunch packed and ready to go every morning. I am so looking forward to the show to see all that she has been working on. Every day after camp I get a play by play breakdown of all that they did that day - I don't get that with other camps! She is so bubbly about the day and excited to share what she did and learned and looks forward to the next day....

Little Stars (July 25) - The Little Theatre of Alexandria
This camp is a special introduction to acting that gives each child a chance to shine! Whether your child loves to do "shows" in your living room, or you wish they felt more comfortable expressing themselves, in this camp every voice is heard. We use creative movement and fun acting games that boost confidence and help build the body-mind connection. With a camper to caring counselor ratio of 4:1, there is a lot of individual attention. Confidence grows as children share their ideas and impressions, working collaboratively on their skit. Each week there are improv games and fun activities that help with concentration and observation skills. During the week campers sing and tell some jokes onstage, build a shoe box set, and paint the scenery for the show. Each day campers practice and prepare for their skit on Friday. We laugh a lot! INSTRUCTOR ROBERTA MASTERS-CULLEN has been teaching childrens classes and camps at the Little Theatre for seven years. She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild specializing in radio and television voiceovers, and has been a television news anchor and reporter. Roberta teaches acting at Burgundy Farm Country Day School and in the Alexandria City schools program. 7036835778 x2
