Summer Camp 2015 - Antelope, OR
Horizon Youth is hosting our very first Summer Camp at Washington Family Ranch. This week long camp will be filled with all kinds of activities; basketball, volleyball, skateboarding, rock climbing, disc golf and hiking. If you’ve gone with us before to Winter Camp, you know just how great this camp is. How much more fun will it be to have access to more of what the camp has to offer in the summer months. Like swimming in the pool or zip lining across the lake, and driving go carts, just to name a few. Donnie Moore and his Radical Reality team will be our Guests Speakers all week and Tiffany and the band will be leading us in Worship each day. So grab some friends and register to go to camp, you’ll be challenged in your walk with God, encouraged in your faith and you’ll be able to start the new school year with confidence in who you are in Christ. Cost: $299 - pre–registration by May 15th $329 – registration by June 15th $349 – late registration by July 15th

Session Two Class Details - This session student will Paint their previously hand built a bird bath and if they get done in time any bonus item we gifted them ! We're also painting door signs ! Beginning and Advanced Inline Skating - The Evergreen School
Beginning skaters will be taught the basic foundation of skate moves which includes striding, stopping, and turning. Additional skills taught include the "rules of the road", how to fall properly, and various tricks. To enroll in the advanced camp, children must have previously taken one of Skate Journeys beginning camps. Skate Journeys provides the proper sized SEBA skates for each child plus all the protective gear (except for helmets). Please provide your child with a helmet. No previous skating experience necessary. A parent signed waiver form will be required for your child to participate in this camp. 206-957-1533
Week 2 (Ages 8-13) - Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center
Full Day Enrollment 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Morning Only (9:00am-Noon) Clowning Around - This fun-filled camp will be perfect for your young jokester. Using improvisation and short scenes, students will learn how to make strong character choices and work with objectives and relationships in this creative acting class. Afternoon Only (1:00 - 4:00 pm) Behind the Curtains of OZ - This week we will be building the yellow brick road to OZ along with light and sound design! The campers will also learn the basics in doing hair and makeup. All campers will be a part of the Wizard of Oz production running the weekend of July 1-2. Explore how materials perform by bending, stretching, and crushing them until they break. See how different materials are made and how they are formed into the things we use every day. Materials engineering investigates the structure, properties and manufacture of materials. These materials include metals, ceramics (glass and crystals), polymers, nanotechnology and semi-conductor material. 816-501-0011
Girls Volleyball - Sanford Day Camp
This year Delaware Volleyball Association will be running our volleyball program. DVA is known throughout the tri-state region for developing players who go on to succeed in their high school and college careers. Some DVA alumni will be on the US Olympic team this year. Players will be taught the fundamentals of serving, passing, setting and spiking. Teamwork around the net will be emphasized. Players can expect a good workout every day. ---------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 3:15. ---------- WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers. Knee pads and jump rope are also required. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon. Lunch, unless purchasing from Camp. ($35.00/per week) A drink will be provided for all by the Camp. An afternoon icy treat will be served. ---------- At the end of Sport/Specialty Camp registration, you can register your child for Day Camp at: 610-565-4850
