Alto Sax: Middle School Band - University of Texas at Austin
The Middle School Band program is designed to accommodate musicians ranging from the most talented and proficient to the less experienced, with a minimum of one year of training on their chosen instrument. It is open to entering grades 7, 8 or 9. The concert bands are conducted by outstanding band directors from around the state. This session provides an excellent opportunity for young musicians to improve their individual performance skills. Instruction includes rehearsals, sectionals, master classes, supervised practice, and optional private lessons. Junior Camp Session 7 - Monday-Thursday 8:30-10:30 AM - New Mexico State University Golf Course
NMSU Golf Course will once again be hosting Junior Golf Camps throughout the summer. Instructional Programming will be AGE and ABILITY specific. Junior Golfers of all abilities are encouraged to sign up for our camps. NMSU GC summer camps are a great way to introduce your child to the game and or help them elevate their game to the next level for those aspiring to play on a high school or college golf. Instruction will be lead by Jason White, PGA Head Golf Professional with the assistance of our Junior Golf Leader Tyler Aynes and NMSU PGA Golf Management Students. PLEASE NOTE: Monday classes are held at TAC (Temescal Arts Center) This class continues to build alignment through stretching, intermediate Hip Hop vocabulary, musicality, and isolations of the body. Level I students begin to step in front of the class as leaders, sharing their creativity, voices, and choreography. From warm ups to across the floor to developing choreography on other dancers; this class is both challenging yet in the context of a safe and supportive environment.
