Let me tell you a little bit about my family and myself. I have a Masters degree in Plant Pathology from India and an associate degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State. I used to work with Young Scholars couple of years back and had a wonderful experience during my time there. My husband is a physician and works with Geisinger and we have two boys. Boys Will Be Boys
Yes, boys will boys and that's why this camp experience was tailor made for our two pre-teens. It seems like they never run out of energy and this was the perfect environment to keep them busy. I also very much liked the ability to check in and see how they were progressing. The encouraging words from the counselors put our minds at ease because we knew they were be taken care of at every turn. Good job all around.... Read More...

A Cappella Ensemble - Wilmington Montessori School
for Wilmington Montessori Students & alumni grade 3 through grade 8 Wednesdays, 3:00-4:00 The art of a cappella is singing without any instruments, but rather, using your voices to make the background instrumental sounds and beats. This is usually done with pop or jazz songs. We will meet once a week and learn about three songs, one of which we will arrange together as a group. 10 weeks (3/9-5/18—no class 3/23) 302-475-0555
PA, Allentown; Winter Elite Faceoff Days - Iron Lakes Sports Club
Each Winter Elite Faceoff Days will consist of warm ups, presentation and group practice of specific faceoff techniques as well as real time faceoffs. Faceoff techniques will include footwork, stance, hand position, primary move, counter move, GB play, wing play, stick work, and shooting instruction, etc. Individual player observation and instruction will occur throughout. Clinic will conclude with a skill appropriate king of the hill. Grades: K - 12th Morning drop off at Lacey Park; afternoon pick up at the Hanford Teen Center. This weeks theme "Kids in the Kitchen Week" Parents, is your child ready to have fun and make new friends this summer? If yes, then bring your child to the coolest hot spot in town. The Lacey Park Day Camp is full of fun activities for children grades K thru 6th. This is an outdoor recreation camp. Campers will learn about the benefits of being physically active; as well as, having a healthy lifestyle in the outdoors. Each week campers will engage in various group games, art projects, participate in a talent show and weekly field trips to the Hanford Teen Center, Hanford Plunge and the local Library. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided. A weekly food menu will be provided at request. If your child has a particular taste, you may consider bringing a sack lunch for your child. Beginner to Advanced. Children are divided by age and level. Camps feature development of tennis strokes, rallying skills, and competitive play that is age appropriate. Campers learn teamwork, make friends, and enjoy fun games like Angry Birds Tennis, Skyball and Big Kahuna. All camps feature HIGGINS BUCKS, Water Fun Day (no swimming), and the Higgins Bucks Store where children purchase prizes on Fridays!
