Come let your little caterpillar blossom into a butterfly as they learn about nature, animals, and the environment! Each day campers study nature, play in nature and create natural crafts. This program utilizes the discovery method encouraging children to think on their own and discover by experimentation verses explanation. A snack is provided each day. Summer preschool camps are at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena this year! Make it a full-day, full-week camp! The Orthodox Church in America, on behalf of all Eastern Orthodox Youth Ministry/Camping Departments in America, is delighted to host this Annual Conference in 2016 at St. Seraphim's Cathedral in Dallas, TX. Youth Achievers Foundation Summer Day Camp - Florissant, MO
10 weeks (Jun 1st - Aug 7th) of traditional styled camp full day (8am-5pm) that has provided children with a safe and fun summer for over 50 years. Each camper has an opportunity to grow, discover, build confidence, and develop physically as well as socially. Session 1: Melanesias Matchless Majesty 03-05 Year Olds - DC Bilingual Public Charter School
REGULAR CAMP This years session themes and cultures of focus include: Melanesias Matchless Majesty, Argentinas Amazing Adventures, Zimbabwes Zesty Zambezi, and Cubas Captivating Coast. Campers will embark on a cultural journey that includes the exploration of nature, geography, music, history, foreign languages, art, science, math, exercise, sports, and literature. Sub-themes are incorporated daily to facilitate a fun and culturally stimulating camp experience. Campers also participate in specialty classes such as chess, cooking, and yoga.BEFORE & AFTER CAMP Before and After Campers will participate in organized games and activities. Football Week 3 - Knott Hall
This camp features fundamental skills to be applied on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. Campers receive expert, individual instruction through the camp with an emphasis on technique, including skills such as blocking, tackling, positions, stance and start, passing technique, receiving, and more. Campers will receive daily lunch in Loyolas dining hall, as well as time each day for swimming in Loyolas pool.
