Art Across Cultures - During this session, you will make and learn about art all over the world. You will have the chance to try out new techniques and media while making art inspired by cultures near and far. An After School art class where students in grades 1 - 6 will HAVE FUN and learn to draw. By using our simple drawing method and weekly format certified instructors help students create original works of art beyond what they thought possible. We are a drawing based program, complimented with artistic projects and curriculum that never repeat. We offer exposure to many mediums over the course of a students education. Summer Camp - Fun in the MUD! - Brookfield, CT
In this weeks summer camp children will be taught the fundamentals of wedging and centering on our brand new wheels! They will also work with clay to hand build a picture frame and a mug. This is a great camp to introduce children to clay. This event is for ages 8+

Kids After Schoo Core Cooking Camp, Ages 5-8 (Bellevue) - Bellevue, WA
This is a wonderful program that will lay the foundation for healthy eating by educating and empowering students (ages 5-8) about basic kitchen safety, creating a healthy balanced plate, how to subsititue ingredients to make meals healthier and so much more! Classes are sold in a session of four, are held on Wednesdays frm January 4th-25th and are two hours long. The first 30 minutes of each class is dedicated to nutrition education including games and activities. The remaining time is dedicated to cooking, eating, and cleanup. Our Core Cooking Program covers topics such as: Kitchen Safety, Cross-Contamination, Healthy Snacks, Fueling Your Body, Healthy Breakfasts, MyPlate Nutrition, Lunch N Munch, Healthy Cooking Substitutions of Kids’ Favorite Foods Activity sheets, recipes, helpful tips, and individual workstations for hands-on activity are included in the course. Recipes may include things like: avocado veggie dip, peanut butter banana whole wheat coins (nut-free substitutions available if needed), eggs in a basket, French toast, chocolate banana & strawberry smoothie, cranberry broccoli salad, zesty bean dip, pizza spiral sandwiches, sweet potato fries, steak/chicken/veggie grilled skewers, and Parmesan chicken tenders.
