Winter Break Kid's Horse Camp! - Georgetown, TX
Sign up now for our Winter Break Kid's Horseback Riding Camp! For children ages 3 -18, no riding experience necessary. Kids learn about safety first, equipment, horses and riding in our soft-sand enclosed and covered round pen. What better way to finish off the winter break than by being outside with friends and siblings, learning a new skill, having fun, and gaining in self-confidence? All classes taught by Eric Clarke, natural horseman clinician with 35+ years experience as a professional trainer of horses and their people, assisted by several of his horsemanship apprentices. Class size is limited. All equipment and horses provided, except for boots (with a bit of a heel please; no sneakers) and helmets (no bicycle helmets). Camp is half-days, 9 AM - 12 noon. Downriver Actors Guild Teen Theatre Boot Camp - Wyandotte, MI
Teen Theatre Boot Camp Be in a one act musical where YOU have input to the character development, blocking, costume design and sets as you rehearse and create the production. Through a series of activities and collaborative sessions, students will work in groups to create original performances limited only by their own imagination. Instructors will guide students to unlock their creative potential. This workshop centers on interdisciplinary arts creation. For example, a cellist might work with a dancer to create an original dance with original music. Parrie Haynes Ranch Your child will get to enjoy fishing, a nature walk, archery, arts and crafts, horse care, field games, and lunch out at Parrie Haynes Ranch. This trip is for students 8 years old and above. We will be departing BCYC no later than 9:00 am. Please have our child dropped off by 8:30 am in a red shirt and tennis shoes or hiking boots. Please no sandals or flip flops. Make sure they are wearing socks as well. Lunch will be included in this trip. Week 8 Young Inventors - Friends School Mullica Hill
This camp will ask our campers to dream big as we spend the week drawing up our creations for another FSMH Summer Camp Worlds Fair! At the weeks end, campers will get some more hands on creative experience with a trip to Wheaton Arts. While morning activities are geared toward the weeks theme, all weekly FSMH camps include a trip to the pool Monday-Thursday for a swim lesson and play time.
