Design, make and wear your own fashion gear. This class will involve hand sewing, painting on fabric, jewelry design, fashion illustration, knitting, and learning to do fashion hairstyles. Your teacher, a fashion designer, will inspire you to try new things and express your personal style! Instructor: Britt Rynearson has been teaching art and design for 14 years and has worked extensively with students ages 3 to 18. She sold her own line of jewelry when she was 11 at local farmers markets! In the last few years Britt has taught for Cornish College of the Arts, Pratt Fine Arts Center, Gage Academy, Coyote Central, Centrum, and the Northwest School. SUNDAY MAY 15th at Osbourn High School football fields in Manassas 9:00-12:00 kids ages 4-15 Football agility drills,blocking,tackling techniques,running,kicking,speed and agility and much more !! $25 per child on site registration first come first served. IN CASE OF STEADY RAIN CAMP WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE. RULES: * $25 per child CASH ONLY no checks or credit cards *Parents will not be allowed on the fields but may watch from outside the fence. This is to insure crowd control and make sure the children can focus on the coaches. *No Refunds *All waivers must be completed and turned in before your child is allowed to enter the practice field. PARKING available at METZ or near the OHS practice field back entrance. * No abusive language towards volunteers coaches or staff. If this becomes a problem you will be asked to leave immediately. SharpeSkills Fitness Summer Camp - Clover Park Open Space
SharpeSkills Fitness Camp is designed for youth of all athletic levels who are looking for a challenge. The program pushes kids past their usual limitations and helps them reach their highest fitness goals. The camp focuses on long distance running, parachute sprinting, hand and eye coordination techniques, agility, and resistance training using the TRX body-weight exercise straps along with the RIP trainer exercise resistance pole, and mixed martial arts training. Step into the shoes of a Coffee Shop performer! Explore how to perform through the eyes of a musician as you learn the fundamentals of guitar, singing, drums, keys, and other instruments. Campers will learn to sing, play common chord progressions and use their talents to perform in under a coffee shop setting.
