Camp open to boys and girls entering grades 3 - 8 Instructor: Ryan Robinson, Amy Mc Neil and Michelle Robinson Enjoy the experience of running on Waterfords acclaimed Cross Country course at Hess-Hathaway Park. Under the tutelage of veteran teachers/coaches, boys and girls will learn the joy of an exercise program revolving around cross country running can bring with a group of running companions. Camp will be structured to fully include beginners as well as experienced runners and will include elements suitable to all campers. Camp includes a t-shirt and refreshments. Different styles of belly dance will be introduced through hours of drills and practice, forming into a choreography that participants will have the opportunity to perform at the end of the week in a safe and supportive environment (performance optional). We will also study Middle Eastern music and become acquainted with the rhythms that are so fun to dance to!
