Campers will learn about the Science of Robotics with historical information, discoveries and advances in robot technology. Newtons Laws will be emphasized all week and each camper will receive three robot kits to work on. Campers will be able to take home their remote controlled robots! In addition to these projects, campers will learn how to solder with our space alarm-soldering project. Summer Camp Reunion Weekend - Paige, TX
We just love seeing our campers and their families return to the village in February and March to enjoy Sherwood Forest Faire, and obviously a great part of that is when campers encounter each other! This year, for the first time, we would like to have an official "Reunion" for our Youth Campers and Adult Campers alike to help facilitate that. Both events (which will be separate, because we don't want the Adult Campers teaching the younger ones bad habits) will take place during weekend #2, Feb 20-21. Mark your calendar! Overland Kids Halloween Party
Mark your calendars, put on your costume and join us for a fun spooky night with all your friends. We will have costume contests by age groups, pizza and a drink for the kids, scavenger hunt, games and prizes, and candy! This is a free, safe, indoor trick-or-treating event open to children ages 2 to 12 of Overland Residents, Overland Business Owners, and City of Overland Employees and their families. Parents are required to accompany their children for the entire duration of their stay. Registration will start on October 1st and will end on October 29, or until the maximum number has been registered. This event will be held on Friday October 30 in the gymnasium at the Overland Community Center from 6-8:15 pm, with check in time between 5:45 – 6:45 p.m. only. All participants must be in costume and donate at least one can food item to enter the event. Register on Oct. 1 and be one of the first 175 overland kids entered into this year’s extraordinary Kids Halloween Party.

Kid's do Strollfit - Norman, OK
Second annual kids do Strollfit class. All kids are welcome to bring their baby stroller, lawn mower, anything they can push and they will do their own Strollfit class. Prizes will be given for best decorated vehicle/push item. I will assign older kids an exercise to teach to the other kids (generally 4 and up). Moms, please help them and practice with them. If you have a younger one that would like to teach, let me know and I will add them. Don't want to exclude any who wants to teach!! Be sure you bring your camera. Anti Bully Kid Power Self Defense Camp! - Santa Barbara, CA
Two-Day Summer Camp for Children 5 to 13 years old on June 16th and 18th 9:30am to 11:30am. Space is limited to 15, enroll your child by May 29th to secure their space. This camp will explore subjects such a s animal behavior, biology, food chain, and the importance of biodiversity and conservation. Under close adult supervision there will be hands on interaction with real, live animals. Each day will feature a new animal friend, such as a reptile, amphibian, mammal, bird, or arthropod.
