This is for Residents or direct relatives of Epping Community members. Our morning program lasts from 9am to 12pm, and includes programs for Jellyfish (ages 4-5), Rockfish (ages 6-8) and Blue Crabs (ages 9-12). The morning session typically consists of three 45-60 minute activities that will be exciting and engaging for your children. During each of these time slots we endeavor to provide options for your child, enabling them to do what they like most and empowering them to have the most fun with their day. Activities throughout the day are structured around three main themes including: OUTDOORS (e.g., nature hikes, sailing, water sports, swim skills, kayaking, survival skills), ARTS (e.g., crafts, indian art, tie dyes) and GAMES (e.g., tennis, basketball, dodgeball, beach challenges). As a parent, I like the goals of the camp: to offer a safe environment where campers can learn, become confident, improve self-esteem, learn skills that foster independence. I don’t mind that my son want to return to this camp year after year.

Youth Softball & Baseball Fundamentals Camp by Josh Newman - South Web
Instructor : Josh Newman currently the Assistant Baseball Coach for Marshall University and formerly with the Colorado Rockies and the KC Royals. This camp is open to all boys and girls, ages 7-12 in all school districts. Josh will be covering the fundamentals of the game for softball and baseball. Advance Registration and payment must be received no later than June 6th to guarantee a spot at camp and a tshirt. *Early Registration is $35 per athlete and must be received by June 1st and includes lunch and a tshirt. *after June 1st Group registration of 10 or more players for $45 per player and $40 for siblings. Each group of 10 will receive the 11th player free. We request that your 11th player be need based. An idea that has been burning in our brains for a few years will finally spill into the steep, hilly forests of West Virginia this August. Save the date, we'll be taking over the insane Roseland Resort for a weekend bonanza of pool parties, camp fires, club ragers and weirdo sunrise woodland excursions together. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR NOW: - Roseland has a 20 year tradition of being a clothing optional, men-only resort. We must respect the rules of the space and adhere to this for the 2015 edition. We will work towards a larger idea in the future. - We have held ALL of the cabins and best tent camp sites on the resort property in a discounted Honcho block. You will get 10% off all lodging. DO NOT BOOK by yourself without a Honcho Campout ticket because that would be silly and you'll end up somewhere stupid, paying more. - In order to get access to these sites and rates, you will purchase a Honcho Campout ticket for $15. Rogue Robots: LEGO Robotics Camp - San Angelo, TX
Robots aren’t just inventions in a galaxy far, far away— they exist here on Earth, at your local library! Join us this Winter Break for a Star Wars-themed robotics camp. Each day we’ll watch a clip from the movies, and build a LEGO robot inspired by the film. The library will be hosting two four-day camps—attending all four days is not mandatory, but each class will build upon the previous classes. No prior experience in LEGO robotics necessary, but seating is limited so RSVP is required. This a basketball camp for kids from grades 4 - 8 emphasizing FAITH, FUN AND FUNDAMENTALS. Campers will be organized into groups and teams according to age level and ability in order to provide a positive learning experience. Campers will learn that the quest to develop as a basketball player "mirrors" the quest to develop as a Christian. Each day will begin and end with prayer. The themes for each day applying to both basketball and the Christian Life will be commitment, practice, growth and teamwork. Space is limited to 48 campers and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. EACH CAMPER MUST BRING A PACKED LUNCH EVERY DAY. The Camp will be Directed by our Head Girls Basketball Coach Bobbi Mock. Coach Mock brings 19 years of coaching experience to this camp and is excited about helping your child develop better basketball skills. This revamped camp has extended hours to ensure development of proper form and fundamentals, including shooting form, footwork, timing the shot, lay¬ups, jump shots, etc. Time will also be devoted to game situations and scrimmages. Emphasis will be placed on the skills needed for basketball success! Coaches from around GA will be guest speakers at camp, including Toby Wagoner from GSU and Fala Blalock from Armstrong, among others. Camp will utilize three SCDS gyms (Demere, Saunders, Old Gym).
