Art Potpourri Ages 12-15 - Goleta Presbyterian Church
No class on the 4th of July! Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture! No theme, just great fun creating wonderful pieces of artwork while using a mixture of artist quality materials including clay, watercolor, paint, soft pastels, oil pastels, Art Stiks, illustration markers, Aqua Stiks, and more! Try your hand at Zentangle patterns, printmaking and collage to create mixed media and 3D designs. As students work in these different media components, they will culminate in self-discovery and creation of original art projects with a distinctive flair! Bring lunch, snack and water. Session 4 Half Day Seedlings - Hampshire College Farm Center
Seedlings is a 1-week summer camp for 3 and 4 year olds at the Hampshire College Farm Center. A small group of 8 children and an experienced teacher and assistant will gather each weekday for a hands-on exploration of farm and garden life. With the cozy farmhouse sun room as home base, the Seedlings will venture out to the barnyard, the childrens garden, and the larger farm fields and woods for a balance of work and play that meets individual needs. Animal chores, cooking experiments, outdoor games, quiet time, water play, and musical movement will fill our days, allowing the Seedlings to learn and grow together. 413-657-0000

Advanced Algebra Skills (29503A) - Cary Academy
Build on your knowledge of basic algebra by tackling more complex concepts such as polynomials, factoring, parabolas, exponents and radicals. Become more confident about your ability to do well in advanced algebra and gain an appreciation for how algebra really does relate to the real world. Measure your progress through assessments given on the first and final days. Participants must have completed Algebra 1 or Common Core Math 1 before the start of the week. 919-677-7839

Canoe Adventure WIN4 - Camp Winacka
Canoe believe it? Youll paddle on the camp lake, work on stroke development and hone your steering technique, then plan a trip to a local lake to camp out and practice what youve learned.
