Emoji Teen Camp is created for Ages 13-18 during the school break! Join us Thursday, February 18th 1-3pm at the studio! **This is a parent drop off event! ** You may drop your child off at 1pm and pick them up at 3pm! - Cost: $30 per teen includes (2) 12x12 canvases each to create any emoji's or paintings of choice. Teen Power Camp Begins Tuesday, 1 December! :) - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Has your child ever wanted to learn how to make his or her own 3D model on a computer? This camp teaches the basics of how to computer generate 3D models that can then be used for animations, 3D printouts, games, and the new fields of Virtual Reality and Alternate Reality. Gain confidence and independence as you play in small groups with no more than two students playing each part.
